I wish to become a member of the Ayrshire Advanced Drivers and understand that this entitles me to copies of group publications, and participation in group activities for one year from the date my application is accepted.

I understand that I will be entitled to free tuition from a trained Group Assessor in preparation for the Advanced Driving Test. I also understand that if I progress to Test Driving standard the Test fee and subscription to RoSPA Advanced Drivers' And Riders' Association, will become payable before I sit the Test. I understand that no fees are refunded and that Group membership ceases if I am disqualified from driving.

The Group now holds member's details on computer disc. This information is purely for the Group's use, and will not be passed to any other organisation for any reason. If you object to your details being held on computer please endorse this form clearly to that effect.
